All services are provided on the terms of the relevant project agreement, invoice, or scope of work agreed in writing. These Terms of Service apply alongside any specific agreement.

All payments for CJM Studios services are processed by secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase you agree to the applicable terms of that payment processor.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. CJM Studios reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

All content on this website — including but not limited to code, design, graphics, copy, and the CJM Studios brand — is the intellectual property of CJM Studios and is protected by Australian copyright law.

Custom deliverables (websites, scripts) created for a client transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Reusable components, frameworks, and base code remain the property of CJM Studios.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• —Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• —Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data.
• —Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website without consent.
